Constructbg Building started with a simple frustration: too many homeowners were being left with half-finished jobs, missing paperwork, and no clear record of what had been done to their property. We set out to change that. Today, we're a local team of builders and tradespeople who believe that a building project should leave you with more than just a nice wall – it should leave you with a complete, honest story of the work that went into it.

Every project we take on is documented from the first site visit to the final snag list. We take photos, keep a log of every decision, and file every invoice and guarantee. When the work is done, you get a clear file that shows what was agreed, what was built, and how it was built – so you can prove it to a lender, an insurer, or a future buyer. No more rummaging through drawers for a crumpled receipt.

We are certified builders, fully insured, and we work to British Standards. But more importantly, we are local. We live and work in the same streets you do, so we know the housing stock, the soil conditions, and the building inspectors. When we say we can do something, we know it because we've done it on a house just like yours.

Our approach is simple: we quote fairly, we communicate clearly, and we never start digging without a signed agreement. You'll know what's happening at every stage, and if anything changes, you'll hear it from us – in writing – before we pick up a hammer.
